About the role

  • Sales Development Representative generating B2B leads for Senzavi's sales team. Engaging new customers through various channels and providing qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • You proactively and confidently approach new customers — by phone, digitally and in person at trade shows or events
  • You identify potential B2B leads, qualify them and prepare them for the sales team
  • You develop and maintain contact lists, CRM data and outreach campaigns
  • You support the sales team through proactive outreach, follow-ups and continuous lead-nurturing activities
  • You actively share feedback from conversations with the team to continuously improve processes, messaging and pitches
  • Independently achieve defined KPIs and continuously improve outreach and qualification strategies

Requirements

  • Initial experience in sales, business development or customer-facing roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proactive, confident and bold personality with a natural ability to approach people
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills on the phone and in digital channels
  • Ability to build trust quickly and conduct targeted conversations
  • Persistence and resilience in the face of setbacks
  • Structured working style, organizational talent and experience with CRM systems are a plus
  • Team player with a willingness to learn, high self-motivation and goal orientation
