Responsibilities
You proactively and confidently approach new customers — by phone, digitally and in person at trade shows or events
You identify potential B2B leads, qualify them and prepare them for the sales team
You develop and maintain contact lists, CRM data and outreach campaigns
You support the sales team through proactive outreach, follow-ups and continuous lead-nurturing activities
You actively share feedback from conversations with the team to continuously improve processes, messaging and pitches
Independently achieve defined KPIs and continuously improve outreach and qualification strategies
Requirements
Initial experience in sales, business development or customer-facing roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
Proactive, confident and bold personality with a natural ability to approach people
Strong communication and persuasion skills on the phone and in digital channels
Ability to build trust quickly and conduct targeted conversations
Persistence and resilience in the face of setbacks
Structured working style, organizational talent and experience with CRM systems are a plus
Team player with a willingness to learn, high self-motivation and goal orientation
