About the role

  • Sales Development Representative driving lead qualification and business development for fintech company Nuvei. Joining a high-performing team to support sales efforts in EMEA markets.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and nurture inbound leads from multiple channels, ensuring timely and professional engagement.
  • Generate new business pipeline for Business Development Managers through inbound initiatives.
  • Demonstrate best practices and up-to-date knowledge of our products and their value to potential and existing clients.
  • Manage your time efficiently and prioritize your workload to maximize lead conversion.
  • Develop sales leads by using sales tools with outbound sales prospecting efforts.
  • Expand market knowledge and awareness through independent research.
  • Organize and manage your pipeline, presenting updates to your line manager.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience qualifying inbound leads and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Track record of achievement and success in competitive environments.
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships to share information such as industry trends.
  • Relevant customer-facing or calling experience.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills.
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and excel.
  • Ambitious individual with strong career goals.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • Team player.
