Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to General Manager, Marketing Manager, and Operations Manager
Support general manager and marketing manager with meeting arrangements and ordering of office supplies
Assist with the support and training of the Location administrative support and operational personnel within the Division
Assist with general administration of company policies and procedures
Maintain AFE and property files
Support field locations and may assist with process/procedures pertaining to Fleet, Legal Contracts and Agreements, Cellphones and other personal devices, and other future applications as needed
Generate and provide reports as needed
May assist with tracking and reporting data
Operate required office equipment & computers
May travel to branches on occasion
Requirements
High school diploma/GED or equivalent required
3+ years of experience in an administrative role
Organization skills, written and oral communication skills, and attention to detail
Strong skills in task and project prioritization/time management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
