About the role

  • Verwaltungsmitarbeiter in der Seniorenresidenz Allerhop verantwortlich für Belegungsmanagement und Datenpflege. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Krankenkassen und flexible Arbeitszeiten.

Responsibilities

  • Close cooperation with health insurance providers, facility management and nursing management
  • Occupancy management
  • Independently maintain occupancy lists and support prospective residents
  • Master data maintenance
  • Customer contact and reception duties
  • Accounting and cash handling / resident fee invoicing
  • Office organization and all general clerical duties

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in administration and/or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience in occupancy management
  • Experience working with databases and administrative software
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Good communication skills and a high degree of empathy
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Good command of German, both written and spoken
