About the role

  • Administrative Assistant supporting MobilityWorks Service Department, greeting customers and managing vehicle rentals. Invoicing clients, scheduling, and coordinating vehicle maintenance operations in Bedford Heights.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally greet customer when they enter the building.
  • Answer phones & direct calls professionally for Service and Rental Department.
  • Cashier for Service Department.
  • Submit Warranties.
  • Scheduling for the Service Side.
  • Invoicing Commercial Clients.
  • Manage the vehicle rental department, schedule rentals, train rental clients on the use of the adaptive equipment, prepare contracts, invoice, prepare and file all related paperwork on a monthly basis.
  • Manage the vehicle maintenance and schedule repairs as needed for the Rental Fleet.
  • Coordinate service valet pick up, delivery, and service rental units.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience is required.
  • Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
