Managing the company vehicle fleet, insurance files and traffic fines
Facilities management (cleaning and maintenance of premises, security alarm, fire extinguisher maintenance, Apave, etc.)
Monitoring and negotiating service provider contracts
Managing purchases (telephony, office supplies, IT equipment, etc.)
Invoice verification
Preparing and maintaining dashboards, reports and budgets
Requirements
Minimum Bac+2 (two-year post-secondary degree), e.g., BTS Assistant Manager, BTS in SME Management Assistance or equivalent qualification
2 years’ experience
Fluent English
