  • Credentialing Manager overseeing provider credentialing and recredentialing processes at PacificSource. Collaborating with teams to enhance healthcare access and compliance in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all provider credentialing, recredentialing, and document management processes
  • Collaborate with provider partners and internal customers
  • Supervise and provide guidance to assigned staff
  • Participate in hiring and training processes
  • Develop annual budgets and monitor spending
  • Actively participate in strategic and internal committees
  • Continually assess and improve credentialing team processes
  • Develop and implement systems for compliance

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years health insurance experience
  • At least three years credentialing experience
  • Three years of experience managing teams in a health care environment
  • High school or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare delivery, NCQA and HIPAA are essential
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Databases and credentialing software programs
