Responsibilities

  • Own commitments and delivery outcomes for the team, ensuring predictable and high‑quality execution.
  • Translate product and business goals into clear technical deliverables and execution plans.
  • Mentor and coach team members, supporting their professional growth and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Monitor delivery metrics (velocity, quality, reliability) and take corrective action when needed.
  • Act as the primary technical and delivery point of contact for product, business, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Product Management to shape roadmaps, scope initiatives, and manage expectations.
  • Lead collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, including software engineers, product owners, project managers, DevOps, and QA professionals; facilitate technical discussions and alignment.
  • Continuously improve engineering processes to increase efficiency, predictability, and quality.
  • Drive adoption of best practices around incident management, post‑mortems, and root‑cause analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular 1‑on‑1 meetings with team members to provide feedback, align on goals, address challenges, and support career development.
  • Own performance management, including goal setting, mid‑cycle check‑ins, and annual reviews.
  • Plan team capacity and resourcing to meet roadmap commitments while avoiding burnout.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in full stack development using .Net and React.js.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in developing robust APIs using Microsoft .NET C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core.
  • Strong expertise in Entity Framework and LINQ for efficient data access and manipulation.
  • Proficiency in front-end development, preferably using React.js, with a solid understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including performance tuning and query optimization.
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with tools such as JIRA, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong grasp of modern software design principles, coding best practices, and scalable architecture patterns.
  • Proficient in unit testing and a sound understanding of test automation frameworks and principles.
