Responsibilities
Responsible for the strategic development of Acast’s portfolio of podcast partners
Act as the primary point of contact for our podcast partners in day-to-day operations
Support partners with launching new podcasts and continuously developing existing shows
Analyze market, platform and usage trends in the international podcast market
Prepare regular reports and performance analyses for external partners
Support the monetization of our podcasts in close collaboration with national and international sales teams
Guide partners through onboarding and integration into Acast systems
Requirements
Minimum two years of experience in account or partner management
Strong knowledge of the German podcast market
Experience in media sales and podcast monetization
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient with Google Sheets, Docs and presentation tools
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Knowledge of podcast hosting, ad-tech or video content is a plus
