About the role

  • Manager responsible for biomethane sales and contracting strategies at Keon. Collaborating with internal teams to optimize and secure contracts while representing Keon at industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the commercial strategy for biomethane sales.
  • Prospect and grow a client portfolio (energy suppliers, large consumers, industrial players, maritime and road transport operators, and local authorities).
  • Negotiate and contract BPA or CPB agreements with private parties and obligated parties.
  • Analyze markets and trends to optimize offers and anticipate developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to secure contracts.
  • Monitor commercial performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Represent Keon with institutional stakeholders and participate in industry events.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in business, energy, economics, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of energy markets and support mechanisms for biomethane.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and project-management skills.
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in selling and negotiating complex contracts in the energy sector.
  • Solid understanding of contractual and regulatory aspects related to BPA.
  • Professional working proficiency in English required.
  • Additional European languages appreciated, particularly German.
