About the role

  • Coordenador(a) de Marketing overseeing marketing strategies for a logistics platform. Focusing on performance analytics and cross-departmental integration.

Responsibilities

  • Act strategically and analytically, evaluating performance and generating insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Serve as the link between marketing, sales, content and other company departments, ensuring integration and alignment of initiatives.
  • Understand the target audience by analyzing behavior, customer journey and engagement, and propose actions to increase conversion and customer retention.
  • Develop marketing strategies.
  • Monitor KPIs, funnels and digital metrics, proposing adjustments to maximize results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in strategic marketing required; experience with events is desirable.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation, funnels and digital metrics.
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead generation.
  • Strong analytical skills, organization and interpersonal communication.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.
