About the role

  • Sales Representative responsible for driving sales and building relationships within the obesity treatment market for Novo Nordisk. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes and company presence in the South region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the South territory by analysing market dynamics, identifying opportunities and risks, and executing a strong, data-driven territory plan
  • Drive sales performance and ensure consistent achievement of territory objectives in line with strategic priorities
  • Build and maintain impactful relationships with HCPs, including GPs and specialists, as well as key stakeholders and KOLs in the Obesity/Diabetes field
  • Deliver high-quality customer engagements across multiple channels and ensure accurate documentation of all interactions
  • Provide customers with timely, relevant product information and ensure effective follow-up aligned with marketing strategy and Customer Engagement guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical to optimise territory performance and support key initiatives
  • Participate in regional and national events, support educational activities, and contribute to cross-functional projects while ensuring full compliance with Business Ethics, local laws, and company standards

Requirements

  • Degree in Life Sciences; advanced marketing/business qualification are a plus
  • Proven experience within pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related roles
  • A motivated, self-driven professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and discipline in planning, execution, and territory management
  • Digital fluency and ability to work confidently with digital tools such as Microsoft Teams, CRM systems and multichannel engagement platforms
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a cross-functional environment
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English
  • Experience in Diabetes or Obesity therapeutic areas is highly advantageous.
