About the role

  • Caregiver providing essential support to seniors at Creston Village Assisted Living and Memory Care. Role involves collaboration with staff in daily caregiving tasks for residents.

Responsibilities

  • Serve seniors in a senior living building
  • Provide care giving responsibilities in day/evening/NOC shifts
  • Collaborate with team of caregivers
  • Assist residents with daily activities and ensure their safety and comfort
  • Make a difference in residents’ lives through kindness and integrity

Requirements

  • Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
  • A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
  • Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
  • Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
