About the role

  • Senior People & Culture Business Partner providing strategic HR advice in Melbourne for Australia's transport planning and land services. Managing employee cases, coaching leaders, and driving culture strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational HR advice to leaders and employees within their client group.
  • Manage employee cases and coach managers on complex people matters.
  • Collaborate with P&C specialists to address issues and identify emerging workforce trends.
  • Design and deliver tailored training, build leadership capability, and implement fit-for-purpose workforce planning and culture strategies.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality strategic and operational HR advice across a range of people and culture matters.
  • Tertiary qualification in a Human Resources or relevant field.
  • Experience using various HRIS software programs, preferably HCM Success Factors/SAP.
  • Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa necessary for the nature of the position.
