About the role

  • Channel Partner Coordinator I supporting and managing customer accounts in hazardous waste. Engaging with sales to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction in environmental services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent account management and customer support
  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned Channel Partner accounts
  • Maintain and grow established accounts
  • Support new business to achieve company revenue and waste volume goals
  • Ensure adherence to contract terms and pricing at all locations
  • Conduct profit/cost analysis of current management methods

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (required)
  • 3+ years of proven successful experience in a customer service role (required)
  • Experience in the hazardous waste or environmental field (preferred)
  • In lieu of degree, 7+ years of proven successful experience in a customer service role within the hazardous waste industry (required)
