Senior Affiliate Manager managing and growing affiliate portfolio for a multi-vertical iGaming network. Collaborating with partners and internal teams to optimize campaigns and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow the allocated affiliate portfolio in line with the business goals.
Leverage your network of affiliates as well as recruit new ones.
Optimize and scale affiliate campaigns, ensuring ROI, in line with marketing strategy
Stay updated with industry trends, perform competitor analysis to find ways of increasing performance of the affiliate program and products being promoted, enhancing our competitiveness.
Develop and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, strengthening these partnerships with effective service and proactive management.
Ensure the compliance of existing and newly recruited affiliates and their campaigns with the various regulations we need to abide by.
Represent the affiliate program at the various industry events as required.
Work closely and effectively with all internal stakeholders, Marketing, CRM, Creative and Finance departments to achieve the affiliate program’s objectives.
Ability to work independently, taking responsibility for all tasks allocated and ensuring full service provided to all accounts under your management.
Work closely with the Head of Affiliate to set and adjust objectives, monitor and report on affiliate performance, setup and approval of campaigns and creatives.
Requirements
4+ Years experience within Affiliation in igaming.
Self-Driven with excellent negotiation skills combined with problem-solving ability;
Good Analytical skills and understanding of KPIs optimizations
Fluent in both written and spoken English (knowledge in other languages is considered an advantage)
Proven track record of contributing to customer acquisition growth by managing campaigns across multiple sources, types of traffic and markets.
