Responsibilities
Act as a partner to leaders, supporting people-related decision-making, promoting management rituals, and strengthening leadership maturity.

Conduct organizational diagnostics and propose solutions that positively impact the employee experience and journey.
Support attraction and selection processes for strategic positions, and develop and disseminate HR training and communication initiatives for client areas.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
