About the role

  • Business Partner driving HR initiatives and management support in Minas Gerais. Collaborating on strategic HR plans and operational improvements through field activities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a partner to leaders, supporting people-related decision-making, promoting management rituals, and strengthening leadership maturity.
  • Conduct operational immersions to identify opportunities, ensure the application of HR policies and processes, and build action plans with managers.
  • Monitor and analyze strategic people indicators (staff movements, absenteeism, staffing levels and terminations), supporting the development of actions to achieve business results.
  • Translate operational demands to the different HR areas, ensuring alignment between strategy, processes and priorities.
  • Conduct organizational diagnostics and propose solutions that positively impact the employee experience and journey.
  • Support attraction and selection processes for strategic positions, and develop and disseminate HR training and communication initiatives for client areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Must reside in Minas Gerais (MG).
  • Generalist experience in Human Resources.
  • Retail experience is a plus.
  • Availability for travel and store visits.
  • Valid driver's license (CNH) and own vehicle.
