Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a training or managerial role.
Proven track record in developing and delivering sales training programmes.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical sales and customer relationship management is highly desirable.
Proficient in designing and implementing effective sales training programs aligned with organizational strategies, ensuring teams are equipped to achieve performance targets.
Skilled in delivering engaging, tailored training sessions that simplify complex sales concepts, enhance understanding, and promote long-term knowledge retention.
Experienced in collaborating with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure training supports broader business goals, while inspiring and developing sales teams to reach their full potential.
Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and customer behavior, with the ability to analyze performance data and adapt training strategies to evolving market needs and client relationship management.
