About the role

  • Lead the Learning and Development department improving customer experiences through training solutions for the charity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a department of learning and development specialists – inspiring them to provide industry leading L&D interventions and solutions.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in company-wide project teams.
  • Ownership of various projects that support in the delivery of the Foundations strategic goals and objectives.
  • Use feedback and management reporting to identify where the beneficiary and colleague experience can be improved.
  • Develop technology-based solutions to better understand the beneficiary experience.
  • Oversee our Training Team who design, deliver, facilitate and evaluate effective training and development solutions.
  • Oversee our Quality and Coaching team who ensure that customer interactions deliver high levels of customer service.
  • Oversee our team of knowledge specialists to ensure all internal and external knowledge sharing tools are up-to-date.
  • Design and deliver management and leadership development solutions to the whole organisation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading a learning and development team in a customer centred organisation.
  • Experience in all 4 elements of the learning cycle.
  • Experience in design and delivery of Management and Leadership development programmes.
  • Experienced coach and facilitator.
  • Stakeholder Management and board level reporting.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Knowledge information management.
  • LMS implementation.
  • E-learning design (Articulate 360/Adobe Creative/Canva).
  • Insights Discovery or similar Practitioner.
