About the role

  • People & Organization Partner in LATAM driving impactful HR initiatives and aligning HR practices with business priorities. Collaborating closely with leaders and fostering trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic business partner and serve as the primary point of contact for selected leaders, participating as a member of their leadership team meetings.
  • Represent HR by challenging assumptions, providing guidance and coaching on HR-related matters, including key people processes, and ensuring successful adoption of global people concepts.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent aligned with business needs, working closely with Regional Talent Acquisition Partners.
  • Support leaders in developing their organization and leadership teams (facilitating sessions with selected leadership teams and partnering with Learning, Leadership & Culture).
  • Facilitate a robust talent management process to nurture successor candidates.
  • Support leaders with organizational design, implementation planning, and change facilitation.
  • Lead HR initiatives related to organizational change and cultural transformation.
  • Deliver clear, concise communication and guidance to ensure aligned and efficient approaches across Novonesis.

Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese
  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar, with a track record of providing strategic HR support
  • Strong ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Global perspective with the ability to navigate cultural differences and adapt to changing business needs
  • Analytical skills, leveraging data, metrics, and HR insights to make informed decisions
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
