Responsibilities
Coordinate product quality activities between sites and the RQO/RQI quality functions
Support teams on critical and recurring non-conformities and provide technical arbitration
Monitor product quality indicators (QRM) and report to Quality Management
Track cross‑functional product actions
Lead improvement plans and product lessons learned
Manage the qualification of special processes and operators
Train quality and production teams on product requirements
Prepare and conduct product quality audits (internal, customer, certification)
Requirements
Degree (Master’s level) in Quality Engineering or General Engineering
More than 10 years’ experience in aerospace product quality
Strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards, notably EN9100
Expertise in product quality and management of complex non‑conformities
Experience in the qualification of special processes and operators
