About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead, steer and coordinate IT projects across the hospital network — from project planning and implementation through to successful completion
- Analyze, document and further develop existing clinical and administrative processes
- Structurally model processes and derive and implement practical, solution-oriented concepts
- Work closely in interdisciplinary teams from medicine, nursing, administration and IT
- Ensure quality, schedules and resources throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Initial professional experience in project and process management, ideally in healthcare or an IT-related environment
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with process workflows and to clearly analyze, model and jointly develop them with staff
- Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with diverse professional groups
