Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall disposition of materials and products (inventory planning, demand analysis, schedule monitoring)
- Control and optimization of intralogistics processes (goods receipt, warehouse management, order picking, shipping)
- Ensure an efficient material flow organization within the company
- Plan and coordinate transports and liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers
- Implement and further develop logistics strategies and systems (e.g., ERP/WMS)
- Analyze key performance indicators and derive measures for process optimization
- Lead and develop the logistics team (staff in planning/dispatch and warehouse)
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards in the logistics area
Requirements
- Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in planning/dispatch and intralogistics, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing company
- Solid knowledge of material flow control, warehouse management, and transport logistics
- Experience working with ERP systems and warehouse management systems
- Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and assertiveness
- Leadership experience as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills
