  • Comprehensive understanding of product line offered by Fiber Glass Systems
  • Basic understanding of project management and scopes
  • Strong ability to read and match purchase orders, quotes & order entry
  • Diligent follow up with customers, internal & external
  • Ability to follow and reinforce processes
  • Assist customers with questions, reporting and escalation issues
  • Audit compliance
  • Report creation
  • Adhere to company quality standards and corporate compliance guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1-3 years customer service or operations/planning experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office products
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong time management and decision making
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Detailed and able to prioritize independently
