About the role

  • Project Manager overseeing technical and commercial aspects of sprinkler renovation projects at GFA. Engaging in customer communication and coordinating repair orders while ensuring contractual compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Technical and commercial responsibility for multiple projects in the area of sprinkler system renovations
  • Processing repair orders and preparing the associated quotations
  • Contract-compliant execution of projects with respect to schedules, costs and revenues
  • Full change-order management
  • Customer contact and participation in construction/site meetings

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in mechanical engineering, building services/utility engineering, or an equivalent qualification as a technician or master craftsman
  • Several years of professional experience as a project manager, ideally in the area of sprinkler systems
  • AutoCAD skills or experience with other CAD/design programs
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Structured and result-oriented working style
