About the role

  • HRIS Analyst supporting Workday processes and configuration for Northwest Bank. Responsible for requirements gathering, testing, and enhancing HR processes within Workday.

Responsibilities

  • Supports Workday processes and configuration
  • Leading requirements gathering, regression testing, and configuring business process changes
  • Data analysis, driving process improvements, and analyzing system configurations
  • Proactively recommend process improvements to further automate and enhance both the manager and employee experiences within Workday
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data feeds
  • Point of contact for production support for Workday questions or issue management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Workday experience
  • At least 3+ years of Workday experience, data analytics, or related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance (Preferred)
  • Workday Pro Certification (Preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office (Preferred)
