About the role

Responsibilities
- You are an important member of our interdisciplinary operating room (OR) team and assist with procedures across a variety of specialties.
- You carefully prepare the OR and the required instruments before and after procedures — colleagues can rely on you.
- With empathy and strong communication skills, you care for our patients and ensure a smooth workflow in the OR.
- You also share your knowledge and mentor OTA trainees during their education.
Requirements
- You have completed training as an Operating Room Technician (OTA) or as a Registered Nurse, ideally with further specialization in surgical services.
- You are eager to develop professionally and personally.
- You are characterized by professional competence and a confident, friendly demeanor.
