About the role

  • Sales Support role focused on client requirements and internal processes in the wind energy sector. Engage with stakeholders and support sales activities to boost company success.

Responsibilities

  • You support the preparation of tenders and quotations and define and calculate the scope of services.
  • You update regional calculation tools and price lists.
  • You accompany internal sales processes and prepare documentation for the approval committee and project handover.
  • You develop performance indicators and monitor KPIs such as monthly quotes and lost deals.
  • You maintain data in the Customer Relationship Management system.
  • You stand in for colleagues in the sales team during their absence.

Requirements

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration, or a relevant vocational qualification with applicable professional experience.
  • Ideally, you have experience in similar roles within mechanical engineering, the energy sector, or the capital goods environment.
  • You demonstrate integrity, self-motivation and enjoy working in flexible/mobile team structures.
  • You communicate clearly, present confidently and negotiate persuasively.
  • You work proactively and collaboratively, approaching tasks analytically and with a results orientation.
  • You have good MS Office skills.
  • You are fluent in German and possess very good English skills.
