Responsibilities

  • Champion the employee experience, development, and culture across all companies
  • Lead recruiting and onboarding processes
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs
  • Oversee HR operations and benefits administration
  • Support managers in resolving employee relations issues

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive human resources experience
  • 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role
  • Strong working knowledge of HR compliance and employee relations
  • Advanced experience with HRIS platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
