About the role

  • Delivery Manager responsible for coordinating successful infrastructure projects and managing incident response lifecycle in a hybrid environment. Collaborating with technical experts, stakeholders, and operational teams.

Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the successful execution of infrastructure projects (deployments) and managing the full incident response lifecycle across multiple sites.
  • Act as the central coordination point between technical specialists, business stakeholders, vendors and local operations teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and incidents are handled with efficiency, quality and transparency.
  • Lead and coordinate the rollout of IT infrastructure projects (networking, security, compute, storage and backup).
  • Manage the incident management process, including triage, escalation, coordination of war rooms and communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain and prioritize the project and incident backlog.
  • Manage change calendars, deployment windows, pre-checks, post-checks and rollback strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL-based processes (Incident, Problem and Change Management).
  • Promote standardization of procedures, documentation and configuration baselines.
  • Facilitate collaboration among multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • Monitor and report service availability KPIs, incident volume, response times and project delivery performance.
  • Coordinate activities with local teams, external vendors and support partners.
  • Drive continuous improvements in delivery processes.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of corporate infrastructure components:
  • Cisco networking (L2/L3, SD-WAN, Wireless)
  • Firewalls
  • Windows and Linux servers
  • Virtualization (VMware)
  • Storage and backup systems
  • Knowledge of ITSM frameworks (Incident, Problem and Change Management).
  • Ability to analyze and validate proposals and technical documentation.
  • Familiarity with automation fundamentals.
  • Experience with monitoring dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience in industrial or multi-site environments.
  • Advanced English.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations or project deployments.
  • At least 2 years in coordination, technical leadership or service delivery roles.
  • Proven experience in multi-site or industrial environments.
  • Strong experience with Cisco-based projects and troubleshooting.
  • Experience leading war rooms and coordinating multidisciplinary teams during critical incidents.
