Responsibilities
Lead and manage the tender and proposal process for new business opportunities
Analyze customer requirements from tenders and translate them into viable logistics solutions
Coordinate internal teams to develop comprehensive proposals
Plan resources and timelines associated with the bid development process
Ensure proposals meet quality standards and deadlines
Design competitive logistics solutions, including warehouse planning
Perform cost analysis and pricing calculations
Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership and customers
Support customer discussions and negotiations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or related field
3-5 years of professional experience in logistics operations or supply chain management
3-5 years of experience preparing commercial proposals or managing tender processes
Strong knowledge of logistics solution design
Experience with pricing models and cost calculations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience using CRM systems and SharePoint
Strong analytical, planning, and strategic thinking capabilities
