Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the tender and proposal process for new business opportunities
  • Analyze customer requirements from tenders and translate them into viable logistics solutions
  • Coordinate internal teams to develop comprehensive proposals
  • Plan resources and timelines associated with the bid development process
  • Ensure proposals meet quality standards and deadlines
  • Design competitive logistics solutions, including warehouse planning
  • Perform cost analysis and pricing calculations
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership and customers
  • Support customer discussions and negotiations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in logistics operations or supply chain management
  • 3-5 years of experience preparing commercial proposals or managing tender processes
  • Strong knowledge of logistics solution design
  • Experience with pricing models and cost calculations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using CRM systems and SharePoint
  • Strong analytical, planning, and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
