About the role

  • Regional Sales Manager managing consumer and business channels for NIO. Responsible for managing partner performance and identifying market opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage NIO's local sales channels in the Consumer and Business segments.
  • Monitor, control and manage the sales performance of the channels under your responsibility, with on-site engagement with partners.
  • Prospect, negotiate and develop new business partners within your region.
  • Ensure all business partners use the required management tools.
  • Plan and implement sales initiatives and monitor their results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing sales channels.
  • Skill in prospecting and onboarding/accrediting new partners.
  • Knowledge of sell-in and sell-out negotiation.
  • Ability to analyze the market and identify opportunities.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or related fields.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Sales Management or a related area (desirable).
