About the role

  • Channel Operations Manager optimizing partner processes and workflows for SaaS at NinjaOne. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency in sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the operational infrastructure for all partner motions
  • Standardize partner workflows globally (Americas, EMEA, APAC)
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
  • Support maintenance of clean partner data, account hierarchies, and opportunity attribution in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Channel Sales Leadership on operational readiness for MSP + Enterprise partner motions

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years in Channel Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Partner Ops, or similar GTM Ops roles in B2B SaaS
  • Experience supporting MSP, reseller, VAR, distributor, or channel-driven SaaS motions
  • Strong Salesforce proficiency (opportunity structure, quoting, partner tagging, custom workflows)
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional communication skills (Sales, Channel, Legal, Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Systems)
  • Problem-solver mindset and drive for operational excellence
