About the role

  • Sales Operations Analyst ensuring data integrity for sales efficiency in a tech company. Supporting systems and workflows to drive partner growth through effective operations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor CRM (Salesforce) to ensure data integrity
  • Act as a partner to Sales and AMs for process navigation
  • Identify and optimize leaky processes
  • Assist Account Management leadership with system triggers
  • Provide solutions for commercial teams' system issues

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of direct experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
  • Understanding of lead flow, pipeline management, and the commercial lifecycle
  • Direct experience using or admin-ing a CRM (like Salesforce)
  • Background in a fast-paced Marketplace or e-commerce environment
  • Technical curiosity in CRM or automation tools
  • High attention to detail and rigour in operational processes
