About the role

  • Sales Operations Manager ensuring sales processes run efficiently and effectively at Corpay. Collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive measurable impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure sales processes run efficiently and effectively
  • Assess lead flow, routing, and pipeline progression, identifying areas for improvement
  • Implement scalable solutions that drive measurable impact
  • Take ownership of key sales technologies, ensuring they are fully optimised
  • Champion the use of the tech stack including gamification tools that support incentive programmes
  • Contribute to the evaluation, configuration, and enablement of sales tools across the UK sales organisation
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Data Analytics, and IT

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or a related sales leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced inside sales environment
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, funnel management, and performance metrics
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and analytics tools (e.g. Tableau or similar)
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across senior teams
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment
