Responsibilities
Ensure sales processes run efficiently and effectively
Assess lead flow, routing, and pipeline progression, identifying areas for improvement
Implement scalable solutions that drive measurable impact
Take ownership of key sales technologies, ensuring they are fully optimised
Champion the use of the tech stack including gamification tools that support incentive programmes
Contribute to the evaluation, configuration, and enablement of sales tools across the UK sales organisation
Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Data Analytics, and IT
Requirements
Proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or a related sales leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced inside sales environment
Strong understanding of sales processes, funnel management, and performance metrics
Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and analytics tools (e.g. Tableau or similar)
Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across senior teams
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment
