Responsibilities

  • Generate NMRR (New Recurring Revenue - NMRR)!
  • Close high-impact deals: Lead complex negotiations and present proposals that impress clients.
  • Be strategic: Apply sales strategies tailored to the fast-moving retail environment.
  • True consultancy: Understand customers' pain points and offer the right solution to maximize their satisfaction.
  • Master the funnel: Monitor your sales cycle and ensure no process stalls.
  • Turn leads into partners: Run strategic meetings to close new contracts and generate recurring revenue (NMRR).
  • Act as a strategic consultant: Design customized proposals that address real problems.
  • Master complex negotiations: Use sales triggers and techniques such as SPIN and BANT.
  • Manage your sales funnel: Ensure the process is agile, efficient, and conversion-focused.
  • Hit targets and celebrate wins: Track your daily, monthly, and quarterly goals with a relentless focus on exceeding them.

Requirements

  • You live and breathe SaaS: Previous experience selling software and an understanding of recurring revenue dynamics and customer success.
  • Results are your fuel: You don’t just complete tasks — you’re driven by daily, monthly, and quarterly targets (and love exceeding them!).
  • Your “utility belt” is full of techniques: You master methodologies like SPIN, GPCT, and BANT, and know exactly when to use each sales trigger to move a deal forward.
  • You’re a communication master: Able to switch from technical conversations to business discussions with ease, building trust and long-term relationships.
  • Retail is not a mystery to you: You understand (or are eager to learn) the challenges and strategies that make retailers succeed.
  • CRM is your best friend: You’re organized and know that a well-managed pipeline is the key to closing deals.
  • You play for the team: You value cross-functional collaboration and understand that ongoing customer support is what ensures our success.
