Responsibilities
Connecting with our existing customers through inbound & outbound calls
Retain our merchant customers from across various industries by successfully upselling, cross-selling and re-negotiating contracts.

Cooperating with rest of the Merchant Services teams to continuously develop our business
Requirements
Proven track record of high performance from sales or retention, within Telecom, Fintech, insurance – or other relevant industry
Fluent in Finnish, English at business level, Swedish is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to identify customer pain points and create strategies to address them
