About the role

  • Customer Success Sales Representative driving client engagement in digital banking at a leading PayTech company. Focused on relationship building through inbound and outbound calling while achieving team KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Connecting with our existing customers through inbound & outbound calls
  • Retain our merchant customers from across various industries by successfully upselling, cross-selling and re-negotiating contracts.
  • Contributing and exceeding personal and team KPI’s
  • Contribute to the team atmosphere with a positive, optimistic and open mindset
  • Cooperating with rest of the Merchant Services teams to continuously develop our business

Requirements

  • Proven track record of high performance from sales or retention, within Telecom, Fintech, insurance – or other relevant industry
  • Fluent in Finnish, English at business level, Swedish is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to identify customer pain points and create strategies to address them
