Requirements
University degree with focus on Finance or a related field
5+ years of experience within the area of Finance, ideally with exposure to shared services across multiple locations.
2+ years of proven leadership experience; you have successfully led, developed, and enabled teams.
Extensive experience in finance with a focus on cross-border activities within the DACH region.
Profound knowledge of German financial regulations and practices (HGB, German tax laws); familiarity with Swiss or Austrian financial legislation is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
