Requirements
- University degree with focus on Finance or a related field
- 5+ years of experience within the area of Finance, ideally with exposure to shared services across multiple locations.
- 2+ years of proven leadership experience; you have successfully led, developed, and enabled teams.
- Extensive experience in finance with a focus on cross-border activities within the DACH region.
- Profound knowledge of German financial regulations and practices (HGB, German tax laws); familiarity with Swiss or Austrian financial legislation is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
