Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of reporting solutions focused on financial applications (primarily Oracle ERP Cloud and related products), ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices
- Oversee the design and implementation of data models, ETL pipelines, and integration processes for consolidating financial and operational data from multiple source systems
- Manage the data quality assurance process, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure high accuracy and reliability of reporting data

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- 10 years of progressive experience in data engineering, BI/reporting, or analytics roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity or in lieu of a degree 12 years of progressive experience in data engineering, BI/reporting, or analytics roles
- Deep expertise in financial data systems and strong understanding of financial processes and metrics (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Assets)
- Advanced skills in SQL, database design, and performance optimization; proficiency in Python, R, or similar for data transformation preferred
- Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards relevant to financial data
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments
- Certifications in data management, cloud platforms, or BI tools are a plus
