About the role
- Finance Reporting Specialist at Lithia & Driveway, focusing on financial reporting and forecasting tasks in a high-performance automotive retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of shared services processes and procedures
- Processing daily upload files to business partners regarding vehicle flooring payoffs
- Processing daily upload files for lien payoffs
- Update daily volume for Home Office departments
- Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings
- Provide quality audits for admins to proactively resolve errors
- Reconcile funding and monthly reserve notices from banking partners
- Assist with monthly bank account reconciliations and reviews
- Assist with monthly performance dashboard reporting
- Other duties and complete special projects, as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field preferred
- 2-4 years reporting&/or accounting experience required, preferably Analyst experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Time management – ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
