Responsibilities
Provide customer service in Nespresso boutiques
Sell coffee, coffee machines and accessories
Register new members
Conduct coffee tastings for customers during service
Perform daily cash closing and manage the cash float
Ensure the boutique and inventory are organized
Monitor service excellence and provide correct guidance to boutique attendants regarding procedures and customer service
Support management in complying with compliance requirements for security, quality, and operational audits.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (preferred)
Experience in customer service and sales
Availability to work a 6x1 schedule (six days on, one day off rotation)
