About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for supporting distributors and managing key accounts in South Vietnam. Executing sales initiatives for Agfa's CR & DR business while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Map the market and provide market intelligence
  • Execute Agfa Radiology Solutions sales strategies
  • Achieve revenue and profitability goals of Agfa
  • Implement and drive CR & DR sales strategies
  • Grow/maintain existing customers while driving new business with non-Agfa accounts
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction and identifying/employing Agfa resources
  • Drive/manage relationships within the industry
  • Develop opportunities and sales initiatives to maximize revenues, profitability and market shares
  • Ensure compliance with use and maintenance of SalesOne and other business tools
  • Participate in the ASEAN annual budgeting process and monthly reporting requirements

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of current industry technology
  • Tertiary Qualification or 5-8 years industry experience
  • Experience and knowledge of hospital and medical clinic environment
  • Experience of Pre Sales Product Applications
  • Ability to sell concepts and solutions in addition to products and services
  • Continuous learning orientation
  • Innovative, creative, and resilient
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong influential/persuasion skills
  • Sales management skills to develop sales strategies
