Support Sandvik sales teams in the United States with quotations and contract management. Adhere to legal standards and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
Responsibilities
provide tangible and accessible support to Sandvik’s sales teams in the United States
support the preparation, approval, and management of quotations, tenders, and contracts
adhere to all policies & procedures especially the EHS policies
ensure that Sandvik's Commercial and Legal standards are observed
review commercial documentation and support Sales team
issue accurate and compliant Order Acceptances in a timely manner
create, update, and maintain standardized templates for quotes, contracts, agreements, and other commercial documents
collaborate with Legal to localize guidelines
prepare contract summaries for complex agreements
support Sales team with follow-ups on existing contracts and escalations
manage signature processes through Docusign
work with the Commercial Manager in development of commercial management process improvements
Requirements
experience in, or the ability to learn, contract development from quotation/tender preparation through finalization
understanding of legal terms and conditions
excellent interpersonal skills
team development skills
advanced computer skills (particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
excellent presentation skills (in-person and virtual)
ability to manage time effectively
experience working with Salesforce is preferred.
