Responsibilities
- Lead external corporate communication strategy and execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutions, authorities, NGOs, and key opinion leaders.
- Manage media relations and serve as the company’s point of contact for all media inquiries.
- Act as communication leader for corporate initiatives across paid, earned, and owned media.
- Manage corporate communication budget effectively.
- Develop and execute communication plans for CSV and Sustainability, in collaboration with operational.
- Collaborate closely with the Internal Communication Manager SEE to ensure consistency between internal and external messaging.
- Support employer branding and Nestlé people stories to strengthen corporate identity.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a communications, public relations field; marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations field or equivalent
- Native in Bulgarian with strong written and verbal expression
- Proficient in English - both written and spoken
- High communication and presentation skills – verbal and written
- High proficiency in Paid and Owned media relations
- Proactive, result focused and team-oriented personality, no stranger to multi-tasking;
- Developed organizational and project management skills.
