About the role

  • Channel Manager responsible for building and activating partnerships in cybersecurity. Drive indirect sales growth through strategic partner network and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Define the channel strategy (targets, segmentation, collaboration model)
  • Design and formalize the partner program (tiers, incentives, commercial terms)
  • Build a robust and repeatable indirect sales model
  • Identify, recruit and sign strategic partners (systems integrators, MSSPs, consulting firms, ISVs, cybersecurity players)
  • Develop and manage partner account plans
  • Animate the partner network: trainings, workshops, strategic meetings
  • Co-develop commercial opportunities and support partners through sales cycles and RFPs
  • Deploy joint marketing activities (webinars, events, campaigns)
  • Manage the indirect pipeline in the CRM
  • Monitor KPIs: indirect revenue, active partners, opportunities generated, conversion rate
  • Analyze performance and implement corrective actions

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in indirect business development / channel / alliances
  • Experience in cybersecurity, IT, SaaS or digital services
  • Strong knowledge of partner models (MSSP, VAR, integrators, technology alliances, marketplaces)
  • Experience with complex sales cycles (4 to 6 months)
  • Ability to build a partner program from scratch
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills and long-term mindset
  • Comfortable in technical environments (DNS, certificates, security appreciated)
