About the role

  • Customer Success Manager improving client experiences for Nasdaq Verafin's financial crime solutions. Building strong customer relationships and driving product adoption with strategic insights and reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across departments as their primary contact.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of the Nasdaq Verafin product suite to align customer needs with solutions.
  • Drive retention by maximizing product adoption and optimizing application use.
  • Conduct strategic customer interviews and deliver Business Reviews aligned with their success goals.
  • Manage feedback and escalations promptly while collaborating cross-functionally and tracking activities in Salesforce and Gainsight.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management
  • Strong ability to engage customers, uncover issues, and build trust
  • Skilled at navigating and influencing stakeholders across all levels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality
  • Adaptable and proficient with CRM tools in fast-paced environments
