Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all store activities in collaboration with the Store Manager
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction and maintain a strong on-floor presence in the store
- With the team, handle transaction processing and cash operations
- Ensure the store is well presented and maintained: merchandising, restocking, tidying, hygiene
- Lead, organize and motivate teams together with the Store Manager
- Train staff on Aroma-Zone concepts, philosophy, products and sales techniques
- Ensure compliance with and monitoring of procedures
- Manage store, workshop, cash and stock teams in the absence of the Store Manager
- Oversee the organization of the store from opening to closing
- Verify the cash register system is updated at opening
- Ensure cash reconciliation and the accuracy of bank deposits
Requirements
- Education in business/commerce
- 3 to 5 years' experience in retail (high-traffic environment)
- Knowledge of cosmetic and/or organic products is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken French
- Good spoken English
- Proficient with office software (MS Office)
- Cash register experience (ideally Cegid)
- Strong customer service orientation and commercial awareness
- Ability to manage high-traffic periods and stressful situations
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Team-oriented, proven managerial skills, autonomy, diplomacy and ability to manage priorities
- Versatile, dynamic, business-oriented, results-driven and experienced in team coordination
