Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients (construction companies and end consumers);
Work with a focus on results and monthly sales targets;
Conduct in-person visits and remote consultations, promoting the product differentiators;
Customize commercial proposals according to client needs;
Negotiate prices, lead times, and payment terms;
Use CRM systems and sales reporting;
Represent Fortunalle at meetings and local events;
Use the commercial office facilities (showroom);
Share market feedback, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements
Experience in construction-sector sales (experience with flooring and porcelain tiles is a plus)
Basic knowledge of CRM and computer skills
Valid driver's license (CNH) and availability to travel
