Responsibilities
You are responsible for the entire sales cycle — from qualification, through consulting and demos, to closing.
You handle inbound inquiries in a structured way with a strong focus on quality.
You identify and win new customers through targeted outbound activities.
You deliver tailored product presentations and consultative meetings — remotely and at relevant events or trade shows.
You engage with decision-makers at executive and management levels and understand their commercial and operational challenges.
You collaborate with the team to develop effective sales approaches, call scripts and best practices.
You document your activities, insights and opportunities clearly in the CRM.
You bring market feedback from customer conversations back into the company and help refine product and positioning.

Ideally, you have experience in B2B sales, in a SaaS environment, or a good understanding of the architecture, construction or planning industry.
