About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for B2B sales of software solutions at Benner, a top Brazilian software firm. Focused on upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base across Benner’s full product portfolio (Legal, Healthcare, Human Resources, ERP, and BPO) to increase revenue within accounts.
  • Manage the entire sales process (pipeline and forecast).
  • Understand and participate in public procurement / tender processes.
  • Prepare consultative proposals involving high-complexity B2B negotiations, coordinating with internal teams to develop proposals that meet the cost, quality, and timeline agreed with clients.
  • Manage relationships with premium clients and internal teams.
  • Visit clients in the public, private, and mixed-economy sectors to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct consultative sales of software, enterprise solutions, and BPO (experience in outsourced specialized healthcare services is a plus).
  • Manage client contracts: renewals, price adjustments, and renegotiation.
  • Participate in the planning of workshops, events, and sales campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate specialization courses in the areas listed (preferred).
  • Experience in B2B sales of software and service BPO (BPO for healthcare operators is a plus).
  • Experience using and managing sales CRM systems.
  • Experience across sales funnel stages.
  • Knowledge of data analysis for preparing sales presentations for management and executive leadership.
  • Strong Excel skills for creating spreadsheets and pricing tables; Word for formatting high-quality proposals; and PowerPoint for client presentations, in addition to general Office suite proficiency.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operator business/processes (desirable/advantage).
  • Knowledge of public sector sales processes, including analysis of public tenders and required documentation.
  • Good written communication and public speaking skills.
  • Availability for short business trips is required.
